1. The main objectives of the Center shall be:

​

a) Development and implementation of innovative scientific, technological and creative projects in the fields of education and social sciences, economy and business, engineering, industry, medicine, ecology and other spheres related the HE and its mssion;

​

b) Supporting start-ups and scientific initiatives aimed at sustainable development of the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, but not only;

​

c) Stimulating the exchange of scientific and cultural knowledge between states and research institutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, but not only;

​

d) Create a platform for interdisciplinary research and integration of science, technology, business and art.

​

2.  The objectives of the Centre include:

​

a) Conducting research and innovation in several topics, in interdisciplinary fields including new technologies and AI applied; the center will generate scientific and technological impulses that have a global impact.

​

b) Organizing international symposia, conferences and scientific events and participating in international forums and exhibitions;

​

c) Creating and supporting platforms for the exchange of knowledge and experience among scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs;

​

d) Training and professional development, including training of young scientists and professionals through exchange and internship programs;

​

e) Support for cultural cooperation, including exhibitions, master classes and other initiatives aimed at the development of creative industries.
